We are seeking a Creator Performance Manager (m/w/d) to elevate our brand Fleeky through high-quality creators and measurable performance campaigns. You will act as the interface between content creation and paid advertising, managing creator partnerships, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring each creative is measurable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a creator database with selected talents
• Develop briefings and oversee content production
• Analyze creator and creative performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, Engagement)
• Plan and execute A/B tests and creative refreshes
• Collaborate closely with Paid Ads, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams
• Establish reporting and control structures for creator activities

Soft Skills

Hard Skills

• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or performance marketing

• Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, Notion, or Looker Studio
