6sense is looking for a People Operations Specialist in Germany to support core People Operations across the employee lifecycle. You will manage employee transactions, maintain data integrity, and assist with benefits and leave workflows using Workday.

You will own onboarding workflows, be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, and seek opportunities to automate and enhance processes with AI. This is a full-time role emphasizing employee well-being and continuous improvement.
