Splitero is seeking a senior People Operations leader to shape the employee experience. You’ll own programs from benefits and onboarding to offsites, with a focus on scalable processes and positive culture.

Based in the San Diego area, you’ll report to the VP of People and partner with a small, committed team. The role requires 7+ years in People Ops and a hands-on approach to LOA, compliance, and HRIS administration.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of People Ops or HR experience with an approachable communication style.
• Proven ability to manage benefits, compliance, and culture programs.
• Based in San Diego area with ability to be in-person 2-4 days per month.
