Monarch is a powerful, all-in-one personal finance platform designed to simplify finances. Since 2021, the fully remote team of do-ers has become the top-recommended app, using AI to sharpen judgment and move fast.

Monarch now seeks an Operations/BI-focused professional to own HRIS data flows, build leadership dashboards, and refine architecture, automation, and integrations while coordinating across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Own HiBob and data flow, building and refining architecture, automations, and integrations.
• Build people metrics dashboard with input and output metrics for leadership.
• Run the people inbox, triaging and routing requests for a positive experience.
• Manage program logistics so owners focus on substance.
• Pick up well-scoped but unstructured projects as priorities shift.
• Overhaul existing systems and refine them as tools and team evolve.
• Use AI as a partner to sharpen judgment and expand possibilities.
• Work synchronously from 9 AM–2 PM PT and asynchronously across time zones.
