DualEntry in Germany is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and to maintain data accuracy across HRIS, payroll and internal systems.

You will own HR policies, templates and internal employee communications, and partner with leadership in a high-growth AI environment. This role includes a significant equity stake as the company expands, with you shaping the product through feedback and hands-on execution.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS and payroll.
