Your future career

We are recruiting a Regional Payroll & Administration Expert to ensure the production, control, and compliance of pay slips and personnel administration for Magellan Group across the GCE region. Working closely with local HR Business Partners, Finance, and external payroll providers, and reporting directly to the HR Country GCE, you will act as a trusted partner to the business. Your future missions and responsibilities
  • Manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Prepare, issue and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments, addenda and other employment-related documents.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure that all employee documentation is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Set up and verify monthly payroll cycles for each entity/country: collection of variable elements, consistency checks, validation, closing.
  • Check the quality of deliverables from local service providers and perform verifications (reconciliations, variance analysis).
