Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Compliance & QA Supervisor to manage CMS regulatory compliance for Medicare marketing materials and to oversee the approval lifecycle across multiple carriers. You will coordinate with Sales, Platform, and cross-functional teams to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a centralized marketing repository, conducting vendor audits, and producing KPI reports for leadership and carrier partners.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of, or a keen willingness to master, CMS regulations, particularly the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG)
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of detailed tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey compliance feedback clearly and professionally
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn and master new workflow management tools (e.g., Airtable)
• A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, find solutions, and contribute to process improvements
• U.S. work authorization/employment eligibility verified through E-Verify
• All work must be conducted from an approved location within the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Receive and log all marketing and communication materials from downline agencies, verifying completeness and tagging the associated agency and lead vendor
• Independently review telephonic marketing materials and standalone sales scripts against CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines and internal standards
• Make final approve/reject determinations and elevate novel or high-risk interpretive questions
• Prepare and submit approved materials and scripts to 6–7 health plan carriers and track submission status
• Maintain the central marketing repository and accurately link agencies, vendors, materials, and approvals
• Request, track, and log carrier-assigned SMIDs for approved materials for audit purposes
• Own the approved lead vendor list and lead annual vendor audits for CMS compliance
• Produce program KPIs and metrics for leadership and carrier partners, including submission volumes, turnaround times, and approval rates
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Sales, Platform, and other teams
• Assist with special audits, escalations, and AEP-driven work as needed
• Report to the Compliance & QA Supervisor
