Job summary

HelloFresh in Berlin, Germany is seeking a Paid Search Lead (Experimentation & Measurement) to drive our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Shopping, and emerging formats. You will own the experimentation program, design tests, and translate results into actionable optimization.

Collaborating with Product and AdTech teams, you will enhance measurement capabilities and ensure best-in-class practices while guiding the Campaign Ops team with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search, agency or client-side.
• Proven track record of leading a structured experimentation programme with clear testing and measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with Product or AdTech teams on measurement, infrastructure, or tooling.
