Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• Cooperating daily with sales to find the best and optimal contract structure
• Gathering customer feedback from our sales team to efficiently translate needs into valid orders/contracts for our services and products
• Assisting our sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts
• Working with internal cross‑functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non‑standard orders
• Tracking and reviewing the status of in‑process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with our internal policies
• Acting as a subject matter expert on sales policies, identifying potential improvements, and drafting business terms for unique deal requirements
• Staying up to date with Akamai products portfolio updates (pricing, structure, features)
• Attending meetings to advise on questions or issues sales teams are facing, relating to the order process

Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrate passion for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management while comprehending processes thoroughly from start to finish.
• Demonstrate experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and SFDC, while Siebel knowledge serves as an additional skill set.
• Present excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate problem‑solving and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrate proven success handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, exhibit ability to work independently, and initiate actions.
