Clera, a fast-growing consumer healthtech company, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to work directly with the founders, with no management layers in between, to keep the business humming as it scales in Berlin.

You will build processes, SOPs and automations so rising volume does not require rising headcount, and set up KPIs and dashboards that surface problems before customers notice them. Fluent German and strong English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years running core operational processes at a fast-growing startup, consumer, e-commerce, marketplace, or healthcare company.
• Track record of building and deploying processes, SOPs, or automations to eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable) or AI-driven workflows.
• Strong proficiency with KPIs, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
• Generalist operations with direct execution across multiple domains, not middle-management.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Operations Manager role at a fast-growing consumer healthtech company, working directly with the founders with no management layers in between. Operations is the function where growth either compounds or stalls, and this role sits right at that inflection point.

What You'll Do

• Run core operational processes reliably on a day-to-day basis, keeping the business humming as it scales.

• Execute pragmatically: if something needs doing today, you get it done today.

• Separate the critical few priorities from the noise and act on what truly matters.

• Build processes, SOPs, and automations so that rising volume does not require rising headcount.

• Set up KPIs and dashboards that surface problems before customers notice them.

• Partner directly with founders across all operational domains.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years running core operational processes at a fast-growing startup, consumer, e-commerce, marketplace, or healthcare company.

• A track record of building and deploying processes, SOPs, or automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.

• Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable, and/or AI-driven workflows.

• Strong proficiency with KPIs, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.

• Generalist operational profile with direct execution across multiple domains, not a middle-management background.

• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.

• Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry environments.

• Bonus: scripting or programmatic automation skills beyond no-code tooling.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of EUR 60,000 to EUR 95,000 depending on seniority, plus equity. No visa sponsorship is available; local work authorization for Germany is required.

Location

On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates based elsewhere who are willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
