MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner for the supply chain and retail merchandising domain. You will own SAP Retail processes, lead replenishment initiatives, and drive the international rollout on a unified roadmap.

The role emphasizes collaboration with S&OP, Category Management, and SCM teams, plus hands‑on experience with replenishment and SAP integrations. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

• Proven stakeholder management across S&OP, Category Management, and SCM.
• Fluency in English; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail or MM processes (no customization skills required).

• Ensure master data quality across warehouses for accurate ordering and valuation.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps with S&OP, Category Management, and SCM while balancing live ops and rollout.
• Own the product backlog with the delivery team: user stories, refinements, and planning.
• Track delivery KPIs and ensure implementation quality and stakeholder alignment across markets.

Your Tasks

• End-to-end ownership of SAP Retail processes for central and online warehouse replenishment: purchase-to-pay, inventory management, stock transfer orders (STOs), and material valuation
• Operation and continuous optimization of the live solution across two countries; leadership of the international rollout replacing legacy systems in further markets – on a single roadmap
• Management of the SAP–Relex integration: translation of replenishment planning output into reliable execution in SAP
• Assurance of master data quality across warehouses (articles, organizational structures) as the foundation for accurate ordering, valuation, and inventory
• Definition and prioritization of roadmaps in collaboration with S&OP, Category Management, and SCM – balancing live operations, rollout, and mid-term improveme
• Ownership of the product backlog in close collaboration with the delivery team: user stories, refinements and planning
• Tracking of delivery KPIs, assurance of implementation quality and stakeholder alignment from operations to management across markets

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) in a supply chain, logistics, or retail merchandising environment
• Hands-on experience with replenishment and/or S&OP processes in live operation
• Solid understanding of merchandising and inventory processes and their relevant KPIs
• Strong ability to define and sharpen business requirements in collaboration with technical teams and to critically assess solution proposals
• Proven stakeholder management across S&OP, Category Management, and SCM
• Fluency in English; German beneficial (not mandatory)
• Functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail or MM processes (no customizing or configuration skills required)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Relex or comparable demand/replenishment planning tools
• Experience with international rollouts or template implementations
• Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment
