REPA Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage an international supplier portfolio and oversee purchasing, inventory levels, and order performance. You will ensure material availability and optimise procurement processes within our ERP environment.

The role requires extensive experience in international purchasing, strong MRP knowledge, and fluency in German and English. A hybrid work model and attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field; further qualifications are an advantage.
• At least five years' experience in international purchasing and materials management.
• Sound knowledge of materials management, MRP and planning; proficient in NAV, SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent German and English; Italian is an advantage.
• High autonomy, initiative and accountability with an analytical, solution-oriented approach.

• Independently manage an international supplier and product portfolio in purchasing and materials management, ensuring product availability and inventory control.
• Analyse and process MRP proposals, demand, backlogs and critical supply situations.

Job Description

• Independently manage an international supplier and product portfolio in operational purchasing and materials management, with responsibility for product availability, inventory levels and ordering performance


• Analyse and process MRP proposals, demand, backlogs and critical supply situations


• Process purchase orders, including delivery schedule management and escalations


• Optimise purchasing and material master data, MRP parameters and ordering strategies in the ERP system


• Implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field; further qualifications are an advantage


• At least five years' experience in international purchasing and materials management, ideally as a Senior Buyer or with independent responsibility for a portfolio


• Sound knowledge of materials management, MRP and materials planning, together with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP and MS Office


• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage


• A high degree of autonomy, initiative and accountability, combined with an analytical and solution-oriented approach
