REPA Deutschland GmbH in Bergkirchen near Munich seeks an experienced Senior Buyer to manage an international supplier portfolio, ensure product availability, and optimize purchasing and ERP data.

You bring at least five years in international purchasing, knowledge of MRP, Navision, SAP and MS Office, and fluent German and English. The role offers a hybrid work model, 30 days vacation, a company pension and training opportunities. It also includes a canteen and regular staff events.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Independently manage an international supplier and product portfolio in operational purchasing and materials management.
• Analyse and process MRP proposals, demand, backlogs and critical supply situations.
• Process purchase orders, including delivery schedule management and escalations.
• Optimize purchasing and material master data, MRP parameters and ordering strategies in the ERP system.
• Implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations.

Job Description

• Independently manage an international supplier and product portfolio in operational purchasing and materials management, with responsibility for product availability, inventory levels and ordering performance
• Analyse and process MRP proposals, demand, backlogs and critical supply situations
• Process purchase orders, including delivery schedule management and escalations
• Optimise purchasing and material master data, MRP parameters and ordering strategies in the ERP system
• Implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field; further qualifications are an advantage
• At least five years' experience in international purchasing and materials management, ideally as a Senior Buyer or with independent responsibility for a portfolio
• Sound knowledge of materials management, MRP and materials planning, together with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP and MS Office
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage
• A high degree of autonomy, initiative and accountability, combined with an analytical and solution-oriented approach
