Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (C1/C2).
• Proven experience in operational support, admin or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across logistics, customer service, and project management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication channels.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Mandarin and English.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and document preparation to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
• Maintain and update operational databases and records with accuracy and completeness.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
