JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH is seeking a highly organized Operation Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive operational assistance and facilitating clear communication with our Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.

You will support multiple departments—logistics, customer service, and project management—by translating between Mandarin and English, handling data entry and reporting, and coordinating schedules and travel as needed to keep operations running

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (C1/C2 level for both).
• Proven experience in operational support, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Support Specialist to join our team at JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive operational assistance, with a specific emphasis on facilitating communication and support for our Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Mandarin and English.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
• Maintain and update operational databases and records with accuracy and completeness.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (C1/C2 level for both).
• Proven experience in an operational support, administrative, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
