JINGDONG Logistics is seeking engineers to support the installation, commissioning and maintenance of automated warehouse and sorting systems. You will work on conveyor systems, AGVs, lifts and related equipment, delivering reliable technical services across our global network.

The role emphasizes technical solution development, documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams, contributing to a high-quality, scalable logistics technology stack.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

1. Installation, Commissioning, and Technical Support: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine inspection & maintenance of automated warehouse and sorting equipment, including 4-way shuttle cars, conveyor systems, shuttle systems, lifts, AGVs, etc.
2. Technical Solution Development: Responsible for preparing technical project proposals, conducting cost assessments, and performing electrical design work.
3. Knowledge Management: Responsible for collecting and organizing equipment failure points to build a knowledge base.
4. Documentation: Responsible for creating and updating electrical maintenance manuals for equipment.
5. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Responsible for conducting technical training for both internal and external clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
