Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Operation Support Specialist to join our team at JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive operational assistance, with a specific emphasis on facilitating communication and support for our Mandarin‑speaking partners and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across various departments, including logistics, customer service, and project management.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin‑speaking clients and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication channels.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Mandarin and English.
• Assist in data entry, report generation, and document preparation to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
• Maintain and update operational databases and records with accuracy and completeness.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (C1/C2 level for both).
• Proven experience in an operational support, administrative, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and self‑motivated with a strong problem‑solving aptitude.
