We’re looking for an ambitious and data‑driven individual to lead the development of our courier onboarding and acquisition. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Wolt’s courier acquisition and onboarding processes are impactful, efficient, and scalable to support our business growth needs. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance our conversion funnel, test new acquisition levers, and build solutions that empower our markets to succeed.

This is a high‑impact role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical execution, and hands‑on leadership. You will lead a small team (1–3 direct reports) and collaborate across multiple global and regional stakeholders — including Region Operations, Courier Marketing, Product, and Analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and develop Wolt’s global courier onboarding and acquisition operating model and tooling, ensuring impact, efficiency, and scalability across markets. This includes going deep enough in the data to understand the business nuances and identifying new opportunities.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Regional Operations, Courier Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Procurement to make impact at scale and ensure all perspectives are considered.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by developing OKRs, targets, and investment recommendations to drive acquisition efficiency and capacity growth. Innovate the way we measure onboarding and acquisition by developing new KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of onboarding and acquisition development specialists, fostering ownership, learning, and impact.
  • Support ad‑hoc initiatives based on the business need. E.g. find ways to boost supply growth at times of unprecedented growth.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in operations, growth, or strategy roles in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills — proficiency in Looker and Excel is a must; SQL and Python skills are a plus.
  • A data‑driven and problem‑solving mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve and optimize.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members and working in a cross‑functional setup.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial Engineering, or related).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
