SeaRenergy is seeking an Offshore Wind Turbine Technician (m/f/d) to support maintenance activities on offshore wind farms starting January 2027 for several months. The role is offshore-based in the German North Sea with a 14/14 rotation and accommodation on a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) or Offshore Accommodation Platform (OAP) depending on the campaign.

You will be employed by SeaRenergy for a client project in offshore wind or energy infrastructure under a temporary employment model.

Qualificações

• Technical vocational training or proven experience in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Experience in offshore wind maintenance, service technician role preferred.
• Proficient English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work offshore on a 14/14 rotation with 12‑hour shifts.

Offshore Wind Turbine Technician (m/f/d)

Start: January 2027 | Duration: Several months

to support the maintenance activities of Offshore Wind Farms starting from January 2027 for an expected duration of several months. This position is offshore-based in the German North Sea and follows a 14/14 rotation schedule. Accommodation is provided either on a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) or an Offshore Accommodation Platform (OAP) depending on the campaign.

In this position, you will be employed by SeaRenergy and support an exciting client project in the offshore wind or energy infrastructure sector under a temporary employment model. Does your profile meet most of the following requirements?

• You have completed technical vocational training or can demonstrate relevant professional experience in a mechanical, electrical or general technical field
• Initial professional experience in the offshore wind industry, preferably as a service technician or in a comparable role
• You have experience in the maintenance, inspection or repair of technical equipment and work reliably in accordance with technical specifications
• You have good English language skills, while German language skills are an advantage
• Experience as a crane operator or offshore crane operator training is also an advantage
• You have a strong safety awareness, enjoy working as part of a team and are prepared to work offshore on a 14/14 rotation in 12-hour shifts
