RTS Wind AG is seeking an Offshore Service Technician (m/f/d) to diagnose and repair faults on offshore wind turbines in the Bremen region. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, evaluate SCADA alarms, and perform emergency maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.
The role offers a permanent contract with a 14/14 rotation and includes training for offshore deployment, plus a company fitness program.

Analysing and repairing faults on offshore wind turbines
Troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical systems)
Evaluation of SCADA, alarm and error logs
Carrying out emergency and corrective maintenance work
Documentation of faults and results
Completed technical training (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic)
Experienced in troubleshooting, ideally offshore
Very good knowledge of control, drive and safety systems
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
