Zusammenfassung

SeaRenergy Group seeks an Offshore Wind Turbine Technician (m/f/d) for a long-term project in the German North Sea. Start January 2027, duration several months, offshore-based with a 14/14 rotation and 12-hour shifts. Accommodation provided on SOV or Offshore Accommodation Platform (OAP) depending on the campaign.

Employed by SeaRenergy and supporting a client project in offshore wind and energy infrastructure under a temporary employment model. Applications from all backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Technical vocational training or proven experience in a mechanical/electrical field.
• GWO safety and offshore medical certifications required.
• Experience in offshore wind maintenance is preferred.

For a long-term project assignment, we are currently seeking an experienced

Offshore Wind Turbine Technician (m/f/d)

Start: January 2027 | Duration: Several months

to support the maintenance activities of Offshore Wind Farms starting from January 2027 for an expected duration of several months. This position is offshore-based in the German North Sea and follows a 14/14 rotation schedule. Accommodation is provided either on a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) or an Offshore Accommodation Platform (OAP) depending on the campaign.

In this position, you will be employed by SeaRenergy and support an exciting client project in the offshore wind or energy infrastructure sector under a temporary employment model. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on offshore wind turbines and their foundation structures
• Performing measurements, tests, sampling, visual inspections, cleaning work, bolt tightening and component replacements
• Carrying out minor repairs and corrective work on technical components, coatings, steel structures and electrical systems
• Inspecting components and connections, documenting identified damage and reporting required corrective actions
• Working in accordance with maintenance manuals, work instructions, risk assessments and safety requirements
• Documenting all completed work using checklists, photographs, test reports and the digital systems provided by the client
• Complying with applicable HSE and safety requirements and contributing to safe and effective teamwork

Does your profile meet most of the following requirements? Then we look forward to receiving your application:

• You have completed technical vocational training or can demonstrate relevant professional experience in a mechanical, electrical or general technical field
• Initial professional experience in the offshore wind industry, preferably as a service technician or in a comparable role
• You have experience in the maintenance, inspection or repair of technical equipment and work reliably in accordance with technical specifications
• You have good English language skills, while German language skills are an advantage
• Experience as a crane operator or offshore crane operator training is also an advantage
• You have a strong safety awareness, enjoy working as part of a team and are prepared to work offshore on a 14/14 rotation in 12-hour shifts
