Zusammenfassung

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks an experienced administrative supervisor to oversee office actions for the manager and all departments. You will plan, organize and coordinate office support across accounting, food & beverage and purchasing, reviewing traffic and producing ready-to-sign responses.

You must demonstrate progressive clerical and administrative experience, excellent communication, and the ability to research and resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • This position has an occasional driving requirement in support of the activity. Must be willing to obtain and maintain both a valid USAREUR driver's license and a TMP license.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following

Progressively responsible clerical and administrative experience indicating the ability to perform the duties as described above. Must possess the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. Must type at least 40 WPM using computers and their related software. Must have good customer service and people skills in order to accomplish assigned tasks. Must have the ability and skill to research and analyze situations in order to solve or resolve problems and complete tasks.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
  • Possess one (1) year of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial reports, analyzing data in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to create and use formulas and functions (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
  • Possess the ability to prepare clear summaries or reports of budget status (e.g., variances, remaining funds, account receivables) for management review and the ability to coordinate with finance/accounting staff to correct errors and ensure accurate, up-to-date budget information.

  • The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is LOCAL. The local commuting area defined as within 100 km (60 miles) of Stuttgart, Germany.   • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
