CHISON in Germany is seeking an operations and HR professional to oversee office operations, asset management, and support for the Germany market, coordinating with headquarters to ensure alignment with German regulations and practices.

The role involves content planning for brand channels, planning workshops, handling recruitment coordination, attendance tracking, and organizing team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, HR Management, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or related roles in Germany.
  • Proven experience in event planning and social media operations (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of German office-related regulations (labor law, data protection, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills, able to coordinate between HQ and Germany team.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling complex matters independently.
  • Language: Native or near-native Chinese, fluent German, English working proficiency.

Aufgaben

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, vendor management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Manage employee attendance records, ensure 100% on-time submission of attendance reports.
  • Support recruitment efforts for the Germany office in coordination with headquarters, coordinate interview arrangements and onboarding processes.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities and employee care initiatives to enhance team cohesion.
  • Liaise with local accountants, tax advisors, and government authorities to ensure office operations comply with German legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, process onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other HR procedures.

I. Key Responsibilities
1. International Market Support (40% weight)
  • ① Manage brand content operations for the DACH region, oversee content planning and publishing on German-language social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) — minimum 3 posts per week, with at least 1 original post;
  • ② Plan and execute offline marketing events, workshops, and exhibitions — organize at least 2 workshops per month, collecting no fewer than 20 qualified leads per month;
  • ③ Collect and follow up on customer feedback, establish a customer feedback tracking mechanism, and submit quarterly customer feedback reports;
  • ④ Facilitate communication and coordination between headquarters and the Germany office on market-related matters.
2. Commercial & Operations Support (30% weight)
  • ① Manage Germany office assets and inventory end-to-end, maintain asset/inventory tracking records to ensure accuracy, submit weekly inventory reports;
  • ② Conduct regular asset inventory checks, ensuring 100% completion and accuracy rates;
  • ③ Manage procurement processes, strictly enforce a competitive bidding policy (minimum 3 supplier quotes), ensure 100% procurement compliance;
  • ④ Liaise with Commercial and Finance departments, provide asset management and procurement support services, maintain internal satisfaction score ≥4.5/5.
3. HR & Office Administration (30% weight)
  • ① Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, vendor management, and office supplies procurement;
  • ② Manage employee attendance records, ensure 100% on-time submission of attendance reports;
  • ③ Support recruitment efforts for the Germany office in coordination with headquarters, coordinate interview arrangements and onboarding processes;

II. Requirements
  • ① Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration, HR Management, Marketing, Business English, or related fields;
  • ② 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or related roles in Germany;
  • ③ Proven experience in event planning and execution, familiar with social media operations (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • ④ Knowledge of German office-related regulations (labor law, data protection, etc.);
  • ⑤ Strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively coordinate between headquarters and the Germany team;
  • ⑥ Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling complex matters independently;
  • Language: Native or near-native Chinese proficiency, fluent German (able to communicate seamlessly with German colleagues, vendors, and authorities), English working proficiency;
