Base pay range

Yearly salary: €26,000 excluding bonuses. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Norwegian-speaking clients
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards
• Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system
• Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements
• Engage in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture
