Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns
• Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards
• Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements
• Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience
• A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant asset
