Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through chat, email, and phone communication
• Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and efficiently
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and a solid command of English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
• Experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering quality customer care
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture
