TSMC - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited in Dresden seeks an System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR) to ensure materials meet the highest standards and to build interfaces with suppliers. You will train at our Taiwan site for six months and help shape workflows in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Strong data management, SAP/ERP experience, and fluent English are required; German or Mandarin skills are a plus for global collaboration.

As our System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR), you will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that only the highest-standard materials make it into our production line. By setting up advanced web-based systems, building key interfaces with suppliers, and shaping our quality processes from day one, your footprint will be embedded in every microchip we manufacture. 1. Your Foundation: A completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable quality, data, or technical role within an international high-tech environment.

2. Your Toolset: Solid expertise in data management, reporting, and ERP systems (ideally SAP), combined with a good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.

3. Your Mindset: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and view evolving processes as an opportunity to actively shape workflows. Detail-focused. Highly resilient.

4. Your Communication: Fluent in English (our company language and communication to colleagues in Taiwan and Arizona).

5. Great to have: Experience in a high-tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic language skills in German or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.

6. Ready for Training at TSMC in Taiwan: 6 month.
