Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support farm-related facilities. You will maintain material handling and mechanical equipment, inspect facilities, and perform scheduled maintenance across locations.

You will also help train location staff on new equipment operations and keep precise records of installation dates for reporting to the Engineering Department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience with welding and using power tools is preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and basic maintenance is expected.
• Familiarity with grain and fertilizer handling equipment is a plus.
• Experience with mechanical equipment supports daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material handling equipment and facilities.
• Perform routine facility inspections to prioritize needed work.
• Complete scheduled maintenance at various sites.
• Assist with location training on operation of new equipment.
• Keep detailed records of installation dates and report to Engineering.

Responsibilities:

This employee willassist inrepairing and maintainingbuildings, grain facilities, fertilizer facilities, mechanical equipment,andstorage facilities. Functions include responding tolocations’ requeststo repair and maintain material handling equipment. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You’ll Do
