Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an expert to lead the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across enterprise teams in Germany. You will design sessions, identify use cases with business, IT and executives, and develop adoption and training programs.

You will build champions communities, measure value, and ensure responsible AI use, aligning Copilot with strategic objectives. Fluent German and English and MS-900 certification are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in adoption, change management, and learning in digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Confident facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business scenarios.
• Experience developing audience-specific communications, learning offerings, and community formats.
• Understanding of business value, performance measurement, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Strong team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Microsoft MS-900 Certification or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Requirements

• Practical experience in adoption, change management, organizational development, learning, or communications in the context of digital transformation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
