Zusammenfassung

Spyro Soft is seeking an AI Automation Engineer in Germany with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build and implement AI-powered automation solutions. You will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement, integrating Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and working with REST APIs and various automation platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Agile experience, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience delivering automation solutions using Power Automate/Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent English - C1.

About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build and implement AI-powered automation solutions. Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations automate business processes using AI.

• Previous experience delivering automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar

• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs

• Understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Fluent English - C1
