Remotely in Germany seeks Adoption & Change Management Consultants to drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption for a large organisation. This 6-month contract is 100% remote and involves partnering with technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users to embed AI into everyday work life.

The role focuses on designing adoption strategies, creating training materials, running workshops, and leading champion programs to achieve measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience in Adoption & Change Management within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale migration or digital transformation within infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and Azure cloud environments.
• Strong grounding in PROSCI or equivalent change management methodology.

We’re hiring 10 Adoption & Change Management Consultants. 5 Consultant-level and 5 Senior Consultant-level roles. We’re hiring an Adoption & Change Management Consultant to help a large organisation in Germany drive successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll work alongside technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users to shape how AI becomes part of everyday working life.

6-months contract

100% remote

Role/Responsibility:

• Designing and delivering adoption & change strategies for M365 Copilot

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years' experience in Adoption & Change Management within enterprise environment

• Has experiance with Azure and cloud environments
• Strong grounding in Change Management methodology (PROSCI or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience driving Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI agent enablement is a plus
• A genuine interest in AI-driven culture change
