Zusammenfassung

Skaylink is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 Modern Work architect to design and implement modern workplace solutions in Bavaria near Munich. You will lead architecture efforts across Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and security services while supporting presales activities.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and collaborate with Azure and security experts to deliver end-to-end transformations for customers.

• Develop modern target architectures based on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Security solutions
• Provide technical support to Sales teams during customer meetings, workshops, proposal presentations, and presales activities
• Advise customers on the implementation and further development of modern workplace and collaboration solutions
• Design and implement migration, transformation, and Modern Work projects
• Combine strategic architecture work with hands-on implementation
• Conduct discovery and architecture workshops
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Actively share knowledge within Skaylink
• Work closely with experts in Modern Work, Security, and Azure
• Support customers from the initial vision through presales workshops to the successful implementation of modern Microsoft solutions

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, and security and compliance solutions
• Enjoy working on presales activities, workshops, and customer discussions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both management and specialist audiences
• Experience with the technical implementation, migration, and integration of modern workplace solutions
• Understanding of the interrelationships between Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern cloud architectures
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related AI technologies
• Nice to have: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, or AZ-305
