Zusammenfassung

SPORTFIVE, Hamburg-based, invites a versatile AI governance professional to oversee the Microsoft AI ecosystem across our Global IT organization. This role focuses on implementing, governing and operating Microsoft AI technologies, not building ML models from scratch.

You will own administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services, drive secure adoption, and collaborate with business teams to translate needs into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem including Copilot
• Understanding identity, security, and compliance concepts within Microsoft environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph & Fabric, Power Platform & Automate, Azure OpenAI Services
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, and system integration using PowerShell, APIs, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Support the rollout and adoption of new Microsoft AI capabilities across the organization
• Ensure AI services operate securely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Define and maintain governance, security and operational standards for AI technologies
• Collaborate with business teams to identify practical AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design and implement AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI and related Microsoft technologies
• Leverage Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID, Purview, Microsoft Graph, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention to enable secure AI adoption
• Create reusable solutions, best practices, and standards that can be applied across the organization
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to help users successfully adopt AI technologies
• Stay up to date with developments in Microsoft\'s AI ecosystem and evaluate opportunities to drive business value through innovation

You will be responsible for the implementation, administration, governance, and adoption of AI capabilities across SPORTFIVE.

You will act as the technical owner for our Microsoft AI ecosystem, helping business teams identify opportunities, deploy AI solutions securely, and ensure that AI technologies deliver measurable value across the organization.

This role focuses on implementing, governing, and operating Microsoft AI technologies rather than developing machine learning models, training AI systems, or building Large Language Models from scratch.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment, including collaboration, security, identity and productivity solutions
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Good understanding of identity, security, and compliance concepts within Microsoft environments, including Entra ID, Purview, Conditional Access and Data Loss Prevention
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Microsoft Graph & Fabric
  • Power Platform- & Automate
  • Azure OpenAI Services
• Understanding of modern AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and responsible AI practices, with the ability to apply these concepts using Microsoft technologies
• Experience translating business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, and system integration using PowerShell, APIs, or similar technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams
