Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to develop intelligent, scalable AI solutions for our clients and guide use cases from initial idea through prototyping and piloting to secure production operation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into practical, production-ready architectures.

You will design, develop and operate intelligent agents and multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, Azure OpenAI

• Design and implement generative AI solutions with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and other Azure AI Services
• Develop suitable solution architectures, including orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and integration with enterprise data
• Integrate connectors, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems
• Conduct technical discovery workshops
• Deliver prototypes, Proofs of Value, pilot projects, and production-ready solutions
• Help shape the Agent as a Service offering
• Advise on security, governance, Responsible AI, operations, and scalability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio; experience implementing multi-agent scenarios is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or comparable generative AI platforms
• Technical understanding of Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and data integration
• Experience with Power Platform, connectors, REST APIs, automation, and enterprise architectures
• Knowledge of security, governance, data protection, compliance, and Responsible AI in an enterprise context
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic about innovation, and confident communicating in German and English
• One or more relevant Microsoft certifications, such as AI-900, AI-102, AB-100, AB-620, or AB-730, or willingness to obtain them promptly
