KraftPeak, a global Investment Banking firm in Frankfurt, seeks a seasoned professional to drive cross-border mandates across DACH and Europe in Technology, Software, and Consumer sectors.

You will build complex financial models, prepare pitches and CIMs, and coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, and advisory teams, while supporting senior bankers in client negotiations and strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years in investment banking or M&A boutique.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business; CFA Level 1 progress a plus.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; proficiency in Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet.
• Fluency in English and German (written/spoken); strong analytical and communication skills.
• Tech/Software sector background a plus—or at minimum, genuine interest required
