Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans and information memoranda
• Conduct and supervise market and company research
• Work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations
• Coordinate deal processes, interaction with clients and investors
• Guide junior team members throughout the execution process

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity to the Investment Banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
