They seek an analyst with 2–4 years in investment banking, strategy consulting or private equity, who can build financial models, review valuations, and coordinate due diligence.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• Interest in founder-led and family-owned businesses.

Aufgaben

• Work across the full investment cycle, from origination and screening through due diligence, execution and exit.
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses for new investments and portfolio companies.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams with external advisors, including legal, financial and commercial.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present findings directly to the partners.
• Support portfolio companies on value creation, add-on acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

What you will do:
