PeakSeek in Munich is seeking a strong M&A professional to join the team, focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and mergers.

You will develop financial models, conduct valuations and due diligence, and prepare materials for clients and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of M&A processes and corporate finance principles.
• Demonstrated interest in the TMT sector, with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
