g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager for a 12-month freelance contract on a large data centre project in Frankfurt. You will lead on-site delivery of all mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage interfaces across disciplines, drive commissioning and handover, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Project Overview

We are supporting a leading Client on the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. As the MEP Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Working as part of a fast-paced project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage key interfaces across disciplines, and drive the project through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an MEP Construction Manager, Building Services Manager, or MEP Project Manager.
• Previous experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, coordination, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
