The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. We are currently looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, on behalf of our client— a leading international construction and engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects
• Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures
• Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration
• Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders
• Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
