Lead the end-to-end delivery of all mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) works on a multi-megawatt data-centre campus, taking the job from pre-construction through integrated systems testing to client hand-over. You will be the client’s on-site authority for safety, schedule, cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day construction management of a high-tech industrial project with strong MEP focus, coordinating trades, site logistics and interfaces with civils/architectural packages.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules, manpower curves and cash-flow forecasts; report deviations and recovery plans to the Project Director.
• Champion a zero-incident culture; enforce Exyte’s safety plan and lead weekly toolbox talks.
• Drive rigorous QA/QC and commissioning readiness: approve method statements, close NCRs, and steward punch-list burn-down to meet energisation dates.
• Act as primary liaison with client, design partners and suppliers, securing timely decisions and unlocking site constraints.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of package managers, superintendents and coordinators; foster knowledge transfer across the European DC portfolio.
