QCS Staffing is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager for a permanent role in Frankfurt, delivering critical data centre projects on site.

You will lead MEP construction activities, manage subcontractors, coordinate with international teams, and ensure safety, quality, and commissioning milestones are achieved from site start to handover.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience managing MEP delivery on data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services systems, commissioning processes, and contractor coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international project environment.
