BioTalent is partnered with a rapidly expanding speciality pharmaceutical business seeking a Medical Manager in Ophthalmology at a national level with 70% field activity. You will drive medical strategy, map KOLs, organize local advisory boards, and lead publication planning and training for sales teams.

Based in the field and working at a national level (70%), your key responsibilities will include:

• Medical strategy development and execution
• KOL mapping and management
• Organising advisory boards at a local level
• Publication planning and strategy
• Attending scientific congresses and symposia
• Responding to medical information requests
• Managing IITs
• Develop and deliver medical training to sales colleagues
• Develop medical training decks and give medical training for commercial colleagues in the field on disease and product

Ideally, you will have been working in a dedicated field medical role for at least 3 years and have strategic leadership experience. Experience in Ophthalmology would be advantageous but is not essential.
