Rayner Surgical Group is expanding its DACH Sales team and seeks a conscientious, self-motivated professional to engage daily with clinicians, procurement, and healthcare staff across Germany and the region. You will train healthcare professionals on the Rayner portfolio, tailor training to clinical needs, and support local market growth while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires ophthalmology experience, strong German language skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the field of ophthalmology (nurse, OR-employee, Medical Assistant, Optometrist, or similar).
• Solid understanding of ophthalmology including phaco, monofocal IOLs, and OSD products.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Driver’s license.
• Fluency in German.

Aufgaben

• Support Consignment stock management.
• Provide initial on-site inspection, training, and follow-up training to healthcare professionals regarding the Rayner product portfolio.
• Understand customer requirements and clinical needs, customizing training accordingly.
• Use own initiative to understand competitor sales processes and respond proactively to threats.
• Assist IOL calculation where appropriate.
• Support regional growth and sales increase.
• Approach customers in alignment with RSM and regional TM.
• Care for existing customers and develop new customers (DEF) with territory planning.
• Conduct local market research with support from marketing and engage with the business development team to identify opportunities.
• Effectively use CRM system and perform related administration to demonstrate performance.
• Manage resources such as materials, travel costs, and other sundries.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and directions.

We are expanding our DACH Sales team! We are seeking a highly conscientious and self-motivated professional to join our fast-paced team and engage daily with Clinicians, Procurement, Business Managers, Pharmacists, Clinical Leads, Theatre staff and all other key healthcare professionals providing support where necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support Consignment stock management
• Provide initial on-site inspection, training, and follow-up training to healthcare professionals regarding the Rayner product portfolio
• Understand customer requirements and clinical needs, customizing training accordingly
• Use own initiative to understand competitor sales processes and ensure that the business is responding proactively to any potential threats
• If appropriate, Assist IOL Calculation
• Support and assist the regional growth and sales increase Responsible
• Approach Customers (In Alignment with RSM and regional TM)
• Care for existing Customers
• New Customers (DEF) in terms of an efficient Territory planning
• Undertake local market research with support from the marketing team and engage with the business development team to identify emerging opportunities
• Effectively use CRM system and undertake appropriate administration to demonstrate performance
• Managing resources appropriately i.e. materials, travel costs and other sundries
• At all times be aware of and work to the requirements of the Company’s policies and directions on Health and Safety

What Experience & Skills You Will Need:

Essential

• Experience in field of ophthalmology (nurse, OR-employee, Medical Assistant, Optometrist, or similar)
• Sound understanding of ophthalmology including phaco, monofocal IOLs, and OSD products
• Highly competent with MS Office and available to travel up to 80% of time
• Driver’s license
• Fluency in German

Desirable

• Previous training experience and premium IOL experience
• Business-proficient/Fluency in English
