Job summary

DANOBAT-OVERBECK GmbH sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Monteur/in für die Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Hochpräzisionsdrehmaschinen. Sie montieren mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische und hydraulische Komponenten und führen Funktionsprüfungen durch.

Sie arbeiten weltweit beim Kunden, testen Systeme vor Ort, dokumentieren Montageprozesse und schulen Kunden in Deutsch und Englisch. Reisebereitschaft sowie eine fundierte Ausbildung im Maschinenbau sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Drehmaschinen.
• Gute Kenntnisse der Steuer- und Antriebstechnik.
• Reisebereitschaft ins Ausland über mehrere Tage.

Responsibilities

• Montage von Komponenten, Maschinen und Systemen (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneu¬matisch und hydraulisch).
• Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung und Optimierung von Baugruppen und Maschinen.
• Bearbeitung von Bauteilen, Fertigung von Baugruppen und Montagevorrichtungen.
• Prüfung und Dokumentation von Montageschritten; Inbetriebnahme vor Ort beim Kunden.
• Schulungen der Kunden in Deutsch und Englisch zu Maschinenbetrieb, Programmierung und Wartung.

Your responsibilities:

• Assembly of components, machines and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components
• Initial commissioning, functional testing and optimization of individual assemblies and machines
• Machining of components and assemblies
• Inspection and documentation of individual assemblies and assembly steps
• Mechanical and/or electrical commissioning, functional testing and optimization of assemblies and machines
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, both in-house and at customer sites
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics using Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal
• Mechanical and/or electrical upgrades of existing machines
• Measurement of machine geometry and positioning accuracy using laser interferometry
• Preparation of machines, loading systems, measuring systems and other equipment for FAT/SAT with customers
• Conducting customer training on machine operation, programming and maintenance in German and English
• Carrying out assembly work, repairs, maintenance, process optimization and production support at customer sites and other locations

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a machinist, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the assembly and commissioning of grinding machines
• Good knowledge of control and drive technology
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally for several days at a time
