Zusammenfassung

Die helag electronic gmbh sucht eine/n Mechatronics Technician in der Gerätefertigung (m/w/d) zur mechanischen und elektrischen Montage sowie Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken und Automatisierungseinheiten. Sie installieren pneumatische und elektrische Systeme und unterstützen Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung bestehender Ausrüstung.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik/Automatisierung mit, verfügen über mind.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Automatisierungstechniker oder Industriemechaniker mit elektrotechnischer Zusatzqualifikation oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Equipment-Herstellung, Sondermaschinenbau oder Anlagenbau
• Sie lesen und setzen technische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne und Verdrahtungsschemata sicher um
• Erfahrung in mechanischer Montage und elektrischer Verdrahtung von Maschinen/Systemen
• Praktische Kenntnisse in Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Fehlerbehebung von Siemens-SPS (TIA Portal, S7)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Industrie-Roboter-Systemen (z. B. FANUC, KUKA)
• Fundierte Pneumatikkenntnisse und deren Anwendung in Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und technisches Verständnis
• Teamfähigkeit mit Flexibilität und Engagement
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen (ca. 10 %) zu Inbetriebnahmen, Retrofit und Serviceeinsätzen an internationalen Standorten
• Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B

Aufgaben

• Mechanische und elektrische Montage von Bauteilen und Systemen
• Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken, Maschinen und Automatisierungseinrichtungen
• Installation und Inbetriebnahme von pneumatischen und elektrischen Systemen
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Ausrüstung
• Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
• Dokumentation von Änderungen während der Montage
• Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Systemen im Haus sowie gelegentlich an unseren Vor-Ort-Standorten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design- und Steuerungstechnik

Mechatronics Technician in Equipment Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Mechanical and electrical assembly of components and systems

Wiring of control cabinets, machines and automation equipment

Installation and commissioning of pneumatic and electrical systems

Support in the optimization and further development of existing equipment

Performing functional tests as well as troubleshooting and fault rectification

Documentation of changes and modifications during assembly

Support with the commissioning of systems in-house as well as occasionally at our on-site locations

Close cooperation with our design and control engineeringteams

Your profile

Completed training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician, industrial mechanic with electrical engineering additional qualification or comparable qualification

At least 5 years of professional experience in equipment manufacturing, special machine building or plant engineering

Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings, circuit diagrams and wiring schematics

Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of machines and systems

Practical knowledge in programming, commissioning and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC controls (TIA Portal, S7)

Experience working with industrial robot systems (e.g. FANUC, KUKA or comparable)

Sound knowledge of pneumatics and its application in machine and plant engineering

Independent, structured and solution-oriented working approach

High quality orientation and technical understanding

Team player with flexibility and commitment

Willingness to travel occasionally to support commissioning, retrofitting and service operations at our international locations (approximately 10% travel requirement)

Valid driver’s license classB
