Your mission
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our forklifts, from installing our remote driving systems to maintaining the vehicles at customer sites. You will play a crucial role in both commissioning and servicing our vehicles on-site with customers, as well as in the further development and assembly of our vehicles in Karlsruhe.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in mechatronics (for automotive, commercial vehicles, or agricultural machinery), electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
- You are characterized by your strong technical skills and a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic systems.
- You are a motivated and conscientious individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to grow both professionally and personally complete your profile.
- Willingness to travel as needed and good German language skills (at least B2 level, both written and spoken) are required.

Your tasks
- As a valuable member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the installation and integration of our remote driving systems, both in Karlsruhe and at customer locations.
- You will use your expertise to independently conduct fault analyses and resolve technical issues directly on-site with the customer.
- You will train our customers on how to use the remote control system and ensure that the technology is operated safely.
- You will work closely with our product and technical teams to actively contribute to solving a wide range of challenges.
- Your responsibilities also include the thorough documentation of installation and maintenance procedures to ensure our quality standards are consistently met.
