PRO.EFF GmbH in Minden sucht eine/n erfahrene/n mechanische/n Konstrukteur/in (m/w/d) zur fachlichen Leitung des mechanischen Design-Teams. Sie entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Automatisierungslösungen und tragen die technische Verantwortung für komplexe Systeme.

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Elektrik, Software, Fertigung und Montage zusammen, optimieren Prozesse und sichern Qualität, Kosten und Termine im gesamten Entwicklungsprozess.

Formación

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion von Automatisierungslösungen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungssystemen.
• Gute Kenntnisse von 3D-CAD-Systemen, vorzugsweise SOLIDWORKS.
• Sicheres Verständnis von Mechanik, Antriebstechnik, Pneumatik und Fördertechnik.

Responsabilidades

• Technische Führung und Koordination des Design-Teams.
• Verantwortung für mechanische Entwicklung und Konstruktion von komplexen Sondermaschinen.
• Planung, Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Koordination der Kapazitäten unter Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Termin-Gesichtspunkten.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Elektrik, Software, Fertigung und Montage.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Qualitätsstandards.

• Planning and prioritizing design tasks and coordinating team capacity while taking quality, costs, and deadlines into account

What you bring along

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, advanced training as a state-certified technician with relevant professional experience, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in the mechanical design of automation solutions and equipment
• Extensive knowledge of custom machine building, particularly in the development and design of automated manufacturing, assembly, and handling systems
• Proficiency in a common 3D CAD system, preferably SOLIDWORKS
• In-depth knowledge of the design of mechanical assemblies, as well as drive technology, pneumatics, and material handling technology
• Experience leading a design team or proven experience in the technical management of large-scale projects
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and the commissioning of automation systems
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• A strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on quality and cost efficiency
