Zusammenfassung

DRC is seeking a seasoned Psychometric Project Lead to oversee large-scale licensure and certification assessments in healthcare and related fields. You will collaborate with clients to shape testing programs, ensure rigorous psychometric practices, and deliver high-quality reports across development phases.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree with 3+ years in psychometrics, plus strong background in data analysis, standard setting and Rasch-based methods.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree required with minimum 3 years related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the psychometric, measurement, analytics or high-stakes testing industry required.
• Ph.D. in educational measurement, psychological measurement, evaluation, assessment or related field with emphasis on psychometrics preferred.
• Experience in development and scoring of examinations for certification in the healthcare field preferred.
• Experience managing client relations for large-scale assessments.
• Previous experience conducting standard settings.
• Previous experience conducting job analyses.
• Experience working with complex data structures and manipulating and summarizing large quantities of data.
• Working knowledge of statistical theory with emphasis on Rasch models, many-facet Rasch, research methodologies, and applied measurement.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external teams and complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Winsteps or other IRT software).
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.

• Assist with psychometric content for RFP responses and team initiatives.
• Assist with other special projects or teams as needed.
