Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive the Product & Quality Assurance function across certification, accreditation, and professional development programs. You will shape strategy, own the lifecycle, oversee performance, and align with international standards.

You will manage a team of professionals, collaborate with regulators and partners, and ensure ongoing compliance while developing frameworks for professional development and certification pathways.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, quality, engineering, science, or business-related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience leading product, quality, or program portfolios in regulated environments.
• Equivalent combination accepted.
• Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.
• Must be located in WI, MI, NY, FL, or NC for 100% remote work eligibility.
• Must be able to travel up to 15%, including some international travel.
• Must be able to work outside typical 8am–5pm hours when needed.
• This role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in certification or accreditation programs within the conformity assessment ecosystem.
• Preferred: knowledge of ISO/IEC 17024.

Aufgaben

• Provide people leadership for 4–5 direct reports, including coaching and performance management.
• Own the full product lifecycle across certification, accreditation, and professional development programs.
• Lead product strategy and roadmaps based on market needs, stakeholder feedback, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee product performance and relevance, informing improvement, investment, or retirement decisions.
• Ensure quality assurance and ongoing compliance with accreditation and international standards.
• Lead accreditation, assessment, audit, and surveillance activities.
• Manage relationships with regulators, accreditation bodies, and strategic partners.
• Provide technical oversight across assessment, conformity, and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Develop technical advisory capability and structures.
• Lead professional development framework creation aligned with certification pathways and industry expectations.
• Lead and develop the Product & QA department, including direct reports, contractors, and technical resources.
• Define Product & QA priorities, resourcing needs, and inputs to annual business planning and budgeting.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements
